Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, perfect for competitive athletes like myself. It seemed like they had recently undergone a refurbishment, and my room was huge, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. Despite the slightly limited bathroom facilities, the overall cleanliness and size of the room were impressive. The only downside was that some services were scarce, and the staff's strict use of stairs due to past elevator issues was a bit concerning. However, their wonderful attitude and willingness to assist went beyond my expectations.
Upon entering the hotel, I noticed a slight damp smell as if the room had been shut for a while, but overall, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had adequate lighting and air conditioning. The service was outstanding, especially during a power failure caused by forest fires. The staff were not only friendly but also very helpful. The location was excellent, with easy access to many good restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was enjoyable, with plenty of food available, though an additional fee for breakfast was a drawback. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had been refurbished with new linen and flat-screen TVs, which was great. However, the view of the inside of the laundry was a downside, and the décor felt a little dated. Despite these issues, the rooms still offered good value for money, although I found it a bit weird for couples.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and super friendly service. The location was great, close to restaurants and attractions, but the dining experience left something to be desired. The facilities were good overall, but there were some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms overlook the manicured gardens surrounding the pool area, adding a nice touch to the ambiance. While the rooms are a little dated, they offer good value for money and are comfortable with much-needed air conditioning for the region.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering great value for money. However, being assigned into a smoking room was a downside. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make my experience special. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions easily. The dining experience was fulfilling, especially with the variety of Mexican dishes available. Overall, a satisfying stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were cold, but pleasant and spacious with 2 king-size beds, equipped with everything I needed, spotlessly clean, and had a quiet air conditioning system. The service was outstanding, with a very friendly and accommodating restaurant staff who went out of their way to make my dad's birthday special on short notice. The location was convenient, within walking distance of great restaurants in Outdshoorn. The dining experience was more than enough, but a bit pricey with an additional charge for breakfast. The facilities were great overall.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, although a mini fridge would have been handy. The quiet air conditioning system made my stay very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff ready to assist. The location was excellent, close to various attractions in town, even though the hotel itself may not be the prettiest. The dining experience was satisfactory overall, especially the tasty stir fry and ostrich sausage, but could use more fresh food. The facilities were good, providing everything I needed during my stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and satisfactory, and the hotel offers two comfortable connected rooms. However, the lack of remotes for the TV and air conditioning was a downside. The service was top-notch with ready and friendly staff, great breakfast, and good value for money. The location was superb, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and key attractions in the area. The dining experience was decent, but the additional charge for breakfast was a drawback. Overall, a convenient stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and minor inconveniences. The rooms, though cozy, need some renovation and surprisingly smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking. The service was adequate, but the stair-only policy due to previous lift issues was unsettling. The location was convenient with nearby dining options, but cleanliness was a concern. The dining experience was satisfying, offering plenty of well-prepared dishes. The facilities were decent, but could use some improvement.
